Plant biology is a vast discipline which studies plants in their environment (aquatic or terrestrial) as well as their morphology, the anatomy of their organs and their mode of reproduction. This module is intended for first-year engineering students in agronomic sciences, with the aim of teaching them the fundamental principles of the tissue organization of plants and their environment: 

Chapter 1: Introduction to plant biology, which aims to classify the Angiosperm and Gymnosperm groups and review the particularities of the plant cell.

Chapter 2: morphology of higher plants, studying the morphology of roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits and seeds.

Chapter 3; different types of tissue, summarizing the different types of meristems,  primary and secondary tissues.
