Dr Yin (1984) defines the case study research method “as an empirical inquiry that investigates a contemporary phenomenon within its real-life context; when the boundaries between phenomenon and context are not clearly evident; and in which multiple sources of evidence are used.”

Many areas of life need a case study because we can't be limited to only quantitative method which would obscure some of the important data that need to be uncovered.

At the end of this course, you'll be able to do a good case study in industrial field to prevent hygiene and safety or security incidents.

Prerequisites
